• 2 ★: I pay the subscription for video diaries. Too bad half isn't picked up. Very visible movement.like my 2 year old getting out of bed and it doesn't catch it. I have the video sensitivity turned completely up. I just bought a new camera from them close to 4 months ago & it's been hanging on our wall since that point. Randomly the picture is super fuzzy & blocky. This happened on my first camera from them after 8-9 months, stupid me for thinking we could've caused it. 2 monitors in& both suck
• 1 ★: Video connection no longer works. App is useless. Update 10/21/2020: app remains useless. It's unusable after a recent update. The app lags, freezes, crashes, causes my phone to overheat, and takes forever to load the stream once I actually get far enough for it to do so. Update 10/23/2020: app still sucks ass. Don't waste your money on this camera if you want to actually have a usable mobile app.
• 4 ★: Definitely efficient for beginners, budget & easy-to-manage app! However, my first review was a 'Noob's Premature-1st base feel up' Home Security Monitor exuberance. (Experience: Got it connected after 3-4 deliberating attempts, Explored camera & free trial service features for 2 days, accumulated @12 hours of curious monitoring & posted review)! Now after 4 months of better understanding, I'm still enjoying my Focus66. Hopefully next update includes Thermal detection!!
• 2 ★: App was reasonable but since the last 2 weeks it's torture to use. * Struggles to connect, even though app reads WiFi strength above 90% (Android & iOS). * Track (Engine) sometimes stops on its own & at times light goes on. So settings change in their own. * Also irritating to keep manually changing temp. We want C. Plz add in setting to choose which you want. * Asking customers to pay for more features when basics don't work.. Hmmmm How about getting basics working!
• 4 ★: Constantly has an error connection message on the app. The device is fine but the app sucks. Wish that I could maintain a regular connection to my baby's monitor to make sure she is safe. Fix this please. Edit*** changed from 2 to 4 stars because of the great customer service. Very caring, patient and informative. The app has been better for me since fixing the issue. I still get some connection error messages but it's not constant.
• 1 ★: I have good wifi but the cameras will not steam at any bitrate for more than a few seconds at a time. Sound has never worked and there is no way to adjust the two way volume for the stories and lullabies it plays. Overall it is garbage. Avoid anything that uses this app. Oh also you need to pay an additional subscription on top of the money you paid for the cameras to get all functions of the app.
• 2 ★: Camera seems fine, good quality image and neat little device, seems robust albeit disappointing that it needs to be connected to power all the time. The app though is very poor - great features in theory but loses connection constantly and image / sound lag is frustrating particularly using the talk back feature. Also no zoom or tilt controls so can only pan left and right. The tilt and zoom function is therefore redundant and unfortunately these were features I was specifically looking for.

The past week the sensor settings have been turning off on their own. I've never turned off motion settings and now I have to check several times a day to turn it back on.

I have to always retry the connection, which works, but very inconvenient when you need to check up on the baby quickly. Definitely turning off auto update. And stop advertising your other products to me, I've already paid a premium price for the equipment. Update: October 8, now the night vision is no longer working. I'm looking at a black screen on both the app and my physical monitor.

The app gets updated and after the update I am confronted by an advert when it is first run. Why? Sneaky and wrong. Thank you for your response. The point is that adverts have been introduced and as I have little option other than to use your software to view the feed, I would not expect to have to pay to get rid of them as I have already paid for the camera!

Seems like a scam to get you to pay for subscription. Can you make it so I can turn off the bright Led on the Connect40 camera? Having such a bright blinking light with no way to turn it off completely right in a baby's face is a deal breaker..
• 1 ★: Constant connectivity issues. Our internet/wifi is decent in our house. We have an extender to help. But the stream on this constantly disconnects or freezes or the whole app just shuts down. Very frustrating! Also, I hate the ads and promos to subscribe. I've already bought the camera, I'm not subscribing to anything.
• 2 ★: I always have issues with this app. The camera will show connected and my wifi will be great, but the app won't connect. I'll reconnect my camera and it still doesn't work. I restart my phone and it still won't work. I reinstall the app and guess what..it still doesn't work! It works when it wants to and I need it to work all the time. Such a pain in the butt.
