It includes advanced protection and control for data at rest (discovery), in motion. Forcepoint recently extended its cloud security solutions with new software capabilities and data center offerings that accelerate the secure adoption of cloud applications. Forcepoint’s technology protects enterprise and government employees as well as critical business data and IP anywhere, including from advanced threats such as ransomware. The decryption policy should cover youtube traffic. One way is to define a decryption policy for the 'streaming-media' URL category. ERROR Exception - Didn't succeed to download all file dependencies. ERROR Configuration - Failed to configure component. Didn't succeed to download all file dependencies As a result, a deployment to all of the components is not able to complete. Identify Your License. Input proof of license (POL) or proof of serial (POS) to view and manage your current license. NOTE: These files are being transported over TLS, so TLS decryption is needed for the traffic to be identified correctly. Download microsoft office 2016 mac os sierra. If TLS decryption has not been configured but the user wishes to test their policy, they can download the RIFF files from the site and use another method (such as HTTP or FTP) to transport them in their own network.

Problem Description

Upon performing a deployment on a DLP environment, the following error occurs:

Failed to update Policy Engine <ServerHostname> deployment status. Reason: Client received SOAP Fault from server: Failed to configure component. Didn't succeed to download all file dependencies Please see the server log to find more detail regarding exact cause of the failure.
The following error is within %DSS_HOME%Logsmgmnt.log on the Management Server:

ERROR ComponentConfiguration - Error <1> while downloading <extractorlinux.config.xml>

ERROR Exception - Didn't succeed to download all file dependencies

ERROR Configuration - Failed to configure component. Didn't succeed to download all file dependencies
As a result, a deployment to all of the components is not able to complete.

Resolution

Confirm on the DLP Management Server if all of the Websense DLP services are up and running, particularly the Websense Data Web Server in this particular instance. The deployment error is known to occur if this service is stopped for any reason at the time of deployment. This may occur if port 80 is in use by another service and is preventing the Apache web server from starting.
Please refer to the following article for more information:
Port 80 Conflict Prevents Websense Data Security Web Server Service from Starting
The following logs should be investigated for issues:
  • %DSS_HOME%tomcatLogsdlpdlp-all.log
  • %DSS_HOME%Logsmgmnt.log

If there continue to be issues starting the service, there may be configuration file issues within the Apache files. Please open a case with Technical Support and provide the following files:
  • %DSS_HOME%apacheconfhttpd.conf
  • %DSS_HOME%apacheconfextrahttpd-ssl.conf
For example, there could be placeholders causing an 'Incorrect Function' error as seen in the Windows Event Log. Check the files above for placeholders within brackets:
  • [FQDN]
  • [PORT_ENDPOINT]
This is usually found within the line containing ServerName.
If the deployment message includes a reference to DistList.csv, it may suggest a deeper file decryption issue:
In this circumstance, please check the following:
  1. Was there a recent change of credentials of the service account used to run DLP services?
  2. Was a modify of the Forcepoint DLP installer done with a Windows account that was not the DLP service account? Try running the DLP installer again and completing it as the service account to see if the issue persists.
  3. Was an upgrade of Forcepoint DLP performed recently? Is it possible this was performed with the wrong Windows account?
  4. Does the encrypted string at the end of %DSS_HOME%tomcatconfcatalina.properties match that of %JETTY_HOME%service-containercontaineretcjetty.xml in the clusterKey tag (line 149)?
Further investigation from Technical Support may be in order if the issue persists.

Overview:

Forcepoint NGFW 300 Series appliances offer highperformance SD-WAN connectivity and security for connecting and protecting stores, branches, or home offices with true enterprise efficiency, availability, and security. With up to 16 Gigabit Ethernet ports and optional WLAN (on the NGFW 335), the 300 Series can be used in mixed clusters of as many as 16 devices to deliver unrivaled high availability and fast access for VPNs and SD-WAN.

Forcepoint NGFW provides multiple layers of security. It has built-in IPS with anti-evasion defenses, accelerated encrypted inspection, file scanning, exploit detection, mission-critical application proxies, and more. Forcepoints cloud-assisted Advanced Malware Detection (sandboxing) and dynamic URL Filtering can be enabled in moments. Forcepoints CASB, Web, Email, and DLP Security serve as ideal complements for the ultimate level of protection.

All Forcepoint NGFW systems are administered via the Forcepoint NGFW Security Management Center (SMC). It provides centralized provisioning, rapid configuration, and holistic monitoring of up to 2,000 devices in even the most distributed enterprise. SMC’s high-level “Smart Policies” map business processes into security controls faster and more accurately than low-level firewall rules and enable changes to be made throughout the network in minutes. Fully customizable, interactive visualizations give administrators continuous 360° visibility to quickly identify and resolve incidents.
